Cons
Everything depends in what department you end up in and that will dictate the enviroment you will find yourself. I highly suggest to look out for people in Linkedin that are working in the department you are interviewing for and ask for an honest opinion. - Your ideas are not always taken into consideration - When you are promoted you get a really low increase in salary that is almost ridiculous - There is no company culture and value People in the highest position as for VP etc should leave and give space to new people with fresh ideas, company is not moving forward because they always have the same people in the upper management position. The VPs are disliked by 90% of the employees some of the wonderful traits are : micromanaging, tantrums, disregard of your efforts ending with people leaving, tons of meetings where you just have to listen to a monologue. Passive aggressivness is another wonderful trait of the upper management. Good luck!
