Incredible growth opportunity! Both - professional and administrative. If you have ambitions and brains - you WILL grow in this company. Challenges! The product is so wide in all directions - there's an infinite amount of crazy challenges. And you are encouraged to solve them. People! Average level of technical competence is very high. So be really prepared before interview! And then - be ready to learn. A lot! Nice self-organized cultural layer - BBQs, beer sessions, evening talks.
Cons
Product management layer is sometimes disappointing and demotivating. Poor office conditions. No good company-organized "teambuilding" culture. No growth guidelines. You'll have to find them out by yourself.
