Pros
- Coffee and refreshments - Good support from HR
Cons
- Legacy code and outdated (by many years) libraries and frameworks. - The software architecture does not make sense and it's hard to understand how it works. - There are no clear planning and targets. The whole IT team is in a chaos. Some projects are abandoned incomplete and some are never used in the company. - Lots of people in the IT team cannot speak proper English. You have to know "Russian" in order to fit in. - People who are in charge are not qualified. - The atmosphere is unfriendly, stressful and unprofessional. - The feedback process is weird and problematic. - They promise you promotion and salary negotiation when they offer you a job, but it is just a lie. (It didn't happen only to me, I know other people who had the same problem) - There is a lot of politics involved in (at least) the IT team. The toxic environment is shocking. And lots of other issues which made me and makes lots of other engineers leave the company after a short time.
