Pros
The company is great to work for, if you want to work. It's definitely not a place for laying low, not do much and get paid for it, which some of the other reviewers seem to expect from their employer. There are lots of professional challenges, with very up-to-date tech stack and areas to develop professionally. Given its growth (the tech department has doubled in the past year, so they don't just hire to replace as people claim) - it's going to keep on and offer great career opportunities for those who want to work and progress. Seems like some people just like to bash, lie and hate just for getting back at whatever they feel someone did wrong to them. For example asking employees not to drink beer in the office before 17:00 (Like someone below writes) is nothing unusual in any company I know. Also the beer is always there and people drink at any day of the week, after 17:00.
Cons
There is pressure to deliver, processes can be improved and with a 4-digit number of employees, some politics is expected but it is also uncommon and frowned upon by senior management.
