Pros
Schedule, great customer base whom I was already familiar with. It can be challenging at times due to middle management turnover but still fun and rewarding overall. Extensive product line to be able to offer the client (though most products are not produced in-house).
Cons
Very poor regional management. The proverbial, “left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing”. No consistency in how sales/revenue metrics are measured. Company is rife with poorly-suited individuals to their occupation. For perspective, my regional sales manager couldn’t differentiate between their, there, and they’re; and spelled laptop with a “b”. They try to bill themselves as a “high tech” solutions provider, when ARC is really little more than a glorified print shop.
