Pros
Free parking. Office is decent.
Cons
I've never worked harder for a company and yet been so unrewarded and unappreciated. The all-male leadership team purely value money and treat employees like they are disposable and replaceable. Goals are unrealistic so people don't get bonuses, nor raises. Employees are cut no matter how good their performance or work ethic. Changes happen so often and so sudden that employees are often left confused and frustrated, suffering from change-exhaustion. Management isolates departments so that effective collaboration is impossible. Benefits are terrible, high cost on the employee. There is no work-life balance, employees are expected to go into the office every day. Plus, a gender bias undermines the integrity and promotion of women as leaders. Snack choices are sad, and only a small batch is put out each morning. And, because they only pay bottom of the market salaries, they don't attract the best talent. There is not a single spot in the office to have a private conversation - every room has a glass wall that anyone outside can hear, so be prepared to go to your car to have a private call. Expenses are scrutinized, and ideas are often shot down, making it near impossible to make any kind of investment for growth or impact.
