      Pros

      *Good Pay *Good Bonuses *Fast Paced - Never Get Bored *Can Become A Deputy Manager I work with a group of lovely staff who have all worked there over 3 years some 5+ and we all help eachother out

      Cons

      *They hire too many new staff who don't no their arm from their elbow (even after training) *Contracted to 25 hours ... could do 18 or 40 !! *Never set days *Can never plan anything - Cancel Shifts left, right and center 1 hours or so before your shift sometimes (when your on your way already) *Timed On Everything *Fast Paced (I like but for many is too much) Can never become an Area Manager or Manager (only Deputy Manger) The managers slave basically .... bring in Graduates who dont even no how to use a till !!

      Pros

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      Pros

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
