Pros

The Lexington brand in the wholesale space Educational resources Establishment in the marketplace as a "market leader"

Cons

4 days RTO is drying up the recruiting pool and pushing people (especially women) away Medical/dental Benefits are expensive compared to competitors No delegation to unit heads to make many decisions - everything has to go through many layers of approval, sometimes all the way up to the CEO, when they are approval items that should stay with the competent unit heads.

Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

Cons

Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
