      Benefits are great, if you are in the right department it's a good place to work

      Cons

      Claims manager is not supportive, you are expected to work crazy hours with a completely unmanageable work load and trying to force as many office days as possible

      The 401(k) matching contribution is excellent.

      Cons

      Commuting to New York City four days per week. The schedule does not allow for remote work.
