      Pros

      There is alot to learn at this company and many areas to branch off to if you do not like what you are doing.

      Cons

      I am not sure what I would give as a con at this moment. The only thing could be too large of a company to shine at times.

      The 401(k) matching contribution is excellent.

      Cons

      Commuting to New York City four days per week. The schedule does not allow for remote work.
