      Pros

      Great coworkers I'm happy to have called friends. Flexible schedules. Unlimited vacation time. Exciting work. Global company that honestly wants to do what right, including making a decisions on environmental sustainability.

      Cons

      Too many meetings, nonstop throughout the day. The amount of time spent in meeting during the day force you to either stay late or take work home to get your job responsibilities done. Policies and software systems are ever changing, with very little forethought by upper management on if they work together. Lack of training. The manager is responsible for training and due to the fast pace and full work day, training is lacking or falls off all together.
