      Pros

      very positive experience as an employee, structured group that provides a great deal of learning in the quality of service provided to both internal and external clients very good management teams overall, which provides a lot of know-how to advance in one's profession and learn from others the group offers real prospects for development

      requires a lot of personal involvement but it is rewarding

      None - Avoid this company at all costs, or use them as a stop gap if you have to, then run away fast.

      Cons

      Job spec changes after you arrive. All this company wants is good KPI's regardless how they happen, cheaply ran at your expense. read the other reviews,, shame its like this, some of the staff are good decent people.
