Very poor management Show they care for you but only bothered about the number Managers will lie to you to get the sales in Training is the worst I’ve ever had The higher up people make the money The managers mislead their teams they tell you one thing in the team meetings but in 1-1s they show you the “short cuts” which are against the company values. When things go wrong the managers reaction is like they are unaware. Whereas they are the ones who guide you. Very poor communication Very poor managers Very poor sales process
