      I have benefited a lot from Elior, I join with no qualification, but now I hold level 2 production Chef certificate, not forgetting completing Chef academy, all this training was given to me by Elior.

      Pros

      Elior has a great and very supportive culture. They like to develop their teams and also have a strong focus on aspiration and fun. They make me feel that there is no limit to what I could achieve. It feels great to know you work for a company that dreams as big as you do.

      Cons

      Elior will not let you rest on your laurels and take the easy road. Professionalism and teamwork are key features in the workplace.

      Plenty of potential for progression. Flexible company with good foundations and structure.

      Cons

      No bonus scheme on last years accounts for B&I Region. Pay is okay could be better especially based on performance.
