"I've worked at Egis for several years, and unfortunately, the company offers little to no career growth opportunities. There’s been no salary increment during my time here, despite consistent hard work. It feels like talent and skills are not valued as much as personal relationships. Only those who are close to the higher-ups seem to get promoted or recognized. It’s disheartening for employees who are dedicated and skilled but are overlooked. I hope the company re-evaluates its approach to employee growth and recognition to retain talent."
