      Emphasis on training and career development.

      Cons

      The environmental department needs a complete overhaul. Some team members are very nice and easy to get along with, but that is the exception here. Most team members and project managers are uptight control freaks who are quite honestly rude, cruel, and unpleasant to work with. I have never been so miserable and stressed than I was when I worked here.
