      Egis group is a big firm making incredible impact in the construction industry

      Very toxic and unqualified managers in Kenya. Osare will lead the subsidiary to failure because of bad leadership skills characterized by tribalism, nepotism, favouritism, and gossiping among other unethical practices. He has spies everywhere employees people fromhis family hides in religion and his judgement is clouded. He has a specific "overliking" for the HR whom he protects and even bangs tables when other employees raise concerns related to the HR's unprofessionalism.
