      Pros

      Salary is not bad and not late. Was working for the smaller company which Egis Singapore had acquired and then absorbed into the group in early 2024.

      Cons

      Micro management. Office politics. People got terminated once no project, bad treatments, silent treatment from the local and regional management. HR anyhow calculated salaries. No HR software.
