      Intelligent team members doing good quality work. Good focus on consulting quality.

      Cons

      Leadership changes have left the business without clear focus or direction, several rounds of redundancies has impacted staff morale. Company value is "people first" but company is owned by investors and really just cares about share price/ financials.
