      Pros

      a) Potential to learn a lot- Lot of pockets of expertise b) Collaborative atmosphere- Different people are always willing to go the extra mile and help c) Good work life balance

      Cons

      With its headquarters and its history in France, it is a very French organisation. A lot of the staff still struggles with French. There are not enough international people in the head quarters. The flip side of being a stable company is that things are slow and growth opportunities are limited.

      The pros for the Egis in India would be the following :- * Work-Life Balance; * Career Growth; * Recognition; * Job Satisfaction; * Nice Building Infrastructure i.e. Egis Tower situated at Sector- 32 of Gurgaon.

      Cons

      I am priviliged to being part of the Egis Family. Hence, for the cons against the company - - Couldn't find any till date;

      Pros

      The company pay is decent enough, the staff are friendly and helpful and some of the managers are ok to work for.

      Cons

      They dont offer any benefits other than pay, holidays is low, some managers dont know what they are doing and take it out on us staff.
