      Cons

      Weak leadership by those in the upper management. Career advancement for aspiring leaders/managers is bleak.

      Pros

      Fun team building activities. Aside from being less then stimulating not a bad job.

      Cons

      The atmosphere is toxic. Depending on where you sit could literally be sitting in the dark for 8.5hrs/day. Don't expect your review or audit as they call them to stay confidential good or bad.
