      1)Fantastic working culture 2) Timing are best across all Engineering consulting groups 3) Salary well in advance and on time, career progression are well managed.

      1) politics deeply ingrained 2) ideology and policies are terrible 3) increment is horrible

      It's a great company to work for. The management does not believe in politics at all. Management is very approachable and helpful. Only the people with the intent to create trouble have trouble in the company and it is only these people who find it difficult to work here. The company offers great opportunities both in India and abroad for its projects and many of the employees have benefited from these opportunities. so for truly global careers, this is the company to be in
