      Pros

      Have been able to progress to a senior managers role and was provide with some financial support and time to undertake a work related honours degree (part time) An opportunity to work/progress across the Egis group if you wish, subject to qualifications, desire, flexibility and ability....

      Cons

      None that are worth mentioning and that would be outside the normal periodic moans that any employee has
