      Interesting projects and good personal/work balance but difficult evolution and relatively low wages

      Pros

      A company with a rather "human" approach even if it is a big group. Very interesting projects. Possibility to be autonomous depending on the position (at project level). Good balance between personal and working life with a lot of flexibility. Offices in many countries.

      Cons

      Complex internal structure. Very "french" in the way of doing things (you understand if you are a foreigner) hence more hierarchical than anglosaxon or northern europe companies. Relatively low wages, partially justified by the high social charges in France, but still lower in average than with other competitors in France. There are possibilities for evolution but it is not easy to find them, as career planning from HR is poor in general. Insufficient training.

      Good conditions : holidays, tickets restaurant, gift checks. Oportunity to grow professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Nothing to say. Need to improve the management of some departments (service provders)
