Pros

Good on the CV Good missions if you are very lucky

Cons

The salary is bad (you will earn the same or below salary than in a normal listed company, except with no advantages at all et extended working hours) The recruits level is honestly far below what I imagined. In France, most of the consultant are coming from average schools, there is nothing prestigious. The problem is that it is impossible for EY to justify its prices with those kind of recruits. The second problem is that if you came with a Grande Ecole diploma, you will have a correct first salary but ridiculous augmentations over the years so your friends will lower salaries could catch up yours.
