      Nothing good in this organisation.

      1. They unnecessary hire many peoples, then start firing . 2.There are no projects to work on. 3. For support projects they need a pure development background resource. 4.Some worst management people are there.

      Pros

      Honestly can't think of any. What the website and PR shows the company doesn't operate like that all. Unfortunately I'm still here but soon I will be gone...I feel bad for everyone that's still shackled.

      Cons

      Everything. I don't even know where to begin. Management is fake, you are left to cover your behind at client sites, don't give you resources of any kind, not even a stapler. They make $ and give you nothing.
