Pros

- Nice building for the office at good place inside the city. Good infrastructure inside and around the office. - Most of the management are very nice and friendly. Colleagues are good in profession, maybe on a bit higher level than you'd expect. - Competitive salary. - Interesting projects, really big names in customers. - Opportunity to learn a lot of things beside your first-place profession: business decisions, project management methods, working on large scale applications, agile methodologies, communication with customers, etc.

Cons

- A part of the management seems being incapable, there's no real career opportunity in certain roles or on certain projects. They say you can have career plan but one can really get stuck in a position for years no matter how good he is. - Working on the same project for long time make people bored and unproductive, professional expertise gets lower as they don't develop themselves. - As the company grew bigger in the past couple of years, the overall culture and moral went down while they formed some cliques of buddies who always gets more opportunities. This is unfortunately visible to the employees and looks unprofessional. - Project (business) needs are always at first place against individuals and professional development. You can call this obvious at an outsourcing company, but if you think about making a real career you'll have to move on after a max of 1-2 years.
