Pros

Could work from home in a hybrid situation. Nothing other than that - got lured in with a low salary being told I’d get a 17% bonus. Turns out that would have occurred in 2024 and was only 15%. “Maybe”.

Cons

Execs that work 12-14 hour days, plus weekends and expect others to do the same Toasters are banned from the office as they are too dangerous! You must not walk fast as it is too dangerous Really low pay for the role. Terrible location.

Work from home if you want

Pros

Optional work from home. Hands off management style. Standard suite of benefits.

Cons

Hands off mangement approach. Low pay. Compensation and hiring is based on people who fit the "culture". All data acquisition positions are moving overseas. All entry level low skilled production positions are being moved off shore as well. Most managers are inexperienced and are unable to support the group sizes and business units types assigned to them.

Pros

Work from home, somewhat flexible scheduling

Cons

Dishonest and misleading job advertising, dishonest management, dishonest HR, not transparent with their employees. Managers are told by higher ups to sugar coat difficult/upsetting topics and not to be direct when it comes to communicating performance and other issues employees may have. One minute you get told you're doing great, the next you get called into a meeting with HR, zero notice, and terminated . Productivity goals are unrealistic compared to work quality expectations, and employees are burnt out and overworked.
