Pros

Overall great. They treat you well and do not mind giving out increasing levels of responsibility.

Cons

Little to no room for growth. Experienced folks are highly incentivised to go elsewhere, and new staff have a higher pay scale.

Salary package ( old and new contracts in BE ) good and yearly raise, might be different in future Local collegues Flexibility on work schedule Internal customers still invest in technology Number of applications and systems to support

Too French (culture, language) Too much levels in management In IT no career possible as Belgians Wrong management decisions Projects not in time and with a lot of problems Bad outsourcing contracts and too much outsourcing Hugue administration
