Pros

If you want to sit around most of the time this is the job for you. The coworkers are great to work with and are very close like a family.

Cons

If I could say anything about the management is not much. They're to busy having meeting about what who knows. Pay is low. No pay raises and who knows when a bonus will be paid out to you. Training there isn't any. Good luck to you if apply for this company. I would rather work at McDonald's.

Pros

Low stress, secure building, free on site parking, Ergonomic options, good benefits

Cons

Processes are inefficient, and have been for some time. Many people have provided ideas and solutions, but they seem to fall on deaf ears. There are many highly intelligent employees that are not being used to their full potential, or are under-appreciated.
