Pros

Ecova has a true vision for the future - looking forward not only how to be a better business partner to its clients, but also how to be a better corporate citizen. The executives readily engage the employees to be a part of developing that vision. It's an exciting time.

Cons

As with any changing time in an organization, there are a lot of moving parts and much work to keep the culture aligned with the vision.

Terrible place to work

Pros

You receive a pay check.

Cons

Management doesn't care about the people. Middle management is too heavy and too interested in keeping their jobs, rather than making things run smoothly for customers. This is a job that you get a paycheck from, but you certainly don't feel good about working here.
