Pros

People are nice, PTO is good, and company provides a large employment base in Spokane. Career advancement possible depending on effort given and relationships formed. Lunchrooms and other facilities are in good condition. Company activities and holiday food gatherings are well received.

Cons

Hourly and salary wage amounts are not transparent, which makes knowing career paths more difficult. Amount of change seems unnecessary. Software programs are outdated. Revenue goals are perpetually missed. Bonuses are non-existent. Sales team hasn't re-evaluated price increases for clients. Overspending on failed acquisitions has brought down money for more important in-house upgrades. Employee turnover is excessive.

Pros

A few select colleagues who give their all to keep the wheels turning, they are good people. Most of our clients are a pleasure to work for.

Cons

Pretty much everything to get anything done. Nothing is easy or streamlined. Performance reviews count for nothing, good performance counts for nothing - you will end up carrying several people along your journey. Management don't manage, and they don't communicate. Directionless directors who have no people skills and no time to help, but plenty of time to issue inflexible instructions/demands.
