Pros

pay for wages are regularly on time every month. Some money savings schemes in place. Trainings are limited but happening sometimes.

Cons

businesses orientation is exclusively for profit, so top management have a good bonus. No motivation scheme in place. No payrise for 3 years. H&S only on the paper but no money to actually do it safely. Supplying chain very limitet and expensive.

Pros

The employees are full professionals, the work climate is enjoyable, the company sets a lot of emphasis on the wellbeing of employees, very good healthcare coverage. It was a pleasure to work for ENGIE. It is an international energy company.

Cons

Sometimes it took a lot of time to get some crucial projects done due to the many complex processes. The structure of the company is very vertical and some managers are just there due to connections not always due to their skills.
