Cons

very long hours (no overtime pay), often weekends to work without compensation - just to get job done, extreme multitasking, very tight deadlines, working on many projects at the same time

Pros

Great place to work. Everyone at the plant feel like family. A very safety and employee driven company. Willing to help their employees build themselves to be able to make advancements in the company and in life.

Cons

Sometimes you will have to work extended hours to accomplish goals to get the units back up and running.
