Pros

None. Run as far away as possible from this place. One of the worst companies I have ever worked for.

Cons

I know for a fact that this company is a horrible place to work. Most of the people are just waiting to get out. I have no idea how half of the upper level management even got their jobs.

Pros

It's a pretty friendly company, in this position you're allowed casual dress and they do a lot of little parties and things for morale/team building. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Sometimes things can get a little *too* friendly. I didn't like feeling that I might be missing on opportunities because I wasn't buds with the bosses. There was also a big blame culture when things got busy and I really didn't like the stress of that.
