Pros

Government-related issuer (french government) is another too-big to fail.

Cons

The management team is poorly equipped, with little to no training provided. There’s a lack of accountability at all levels, leading to inconsistent leadership and unclear direction. Additionally, the hiring process feels disorganized and ineffective, bringing in people who may not be the right fit for the role or the company culture. The company would greatly benefit from investing in leadership development, structured training, The previous CEO had no prior experience as a CEO before her appointment and has not held a similar role since. It’s hard to ignore the impression that her appointment was more about fulfilling a token diversity quota than selecting a truly qualified leader

Pros

Good consulting firm with some great products with a Midwest humble approach. If you play your cards right you can put yourself in a great position to go work for one of the clients after two years or move into another aspect of the energy industry.

Cons

No diversity at all in the St Paul, MN office, but the people who work there are progressive so it doesn't line up. No real mentorship or coaching culture, they don't develop the right talent.
