Additionally, the hiring process feels disorganized and ineffective, bringing in people who may not be the right fit for the role or the company culture. The company would greatly benefit from investing in leadership development, structured training, The previous CEO had no prior experience as a CEO before her appointment and has not held a similar role since. It’s hard to ignore the impression that her appointment was more about fulfilling a token diversity quota than selecting a truly qualified leader
