Hello, Thank you for your excellent 5 star feedback! We're glad to hear you value the positive work culture, the dedication of our teams, and the competitive salary. We understand that navigating a large corporate structure can sometimes be challenging. We recognize that international mobility can be a key factor for reaching senior roles. To support career progression more broadly, we launched a People Development Strategy in 2024, which are rolling out to all managers in 2025. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us continue to improve the employee experience. Warm regards, The ENGIE HR Team

Toxic environment

Pros

good salary and benefits package

Cons

toxic senior management team - they claim that they care for their people but when people need it the most, they are let down by those who said they were in a safe space. They don’t practise what they preach and everything is just a tick-box exercise for good employer PR

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect the values we strive to uphold at ENGIE. While we’re glad you appreciated the salary and benefits we offer, we take your concerns about management and culture seriously. While structure can provide clarity, we’re committed to fostering more agile ways of working and empowering teams across all levels. That’s why in 2023 we launched ENGIE Ways of Leading, a new management framework designed to build a more collaborative and responsive culture. Already, 81% of our employees feel that their managers help build strong team spirit—a positive sign of change. Your comments will be shared with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure our commitments are genuinely reflected in day-to-day practices. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. Warm regards, The ENGIE HR Team
