      Great place to deliver impact

      Pros

      A company with a mission, to help clients decarbonize. Great team spirit and talent.

      Cons

      After fast growth since COVID, company has recently experienced difficulty in gaining clients, and thus had to reduce workforce. Company historically split in 2 businesses with siloed management and business operations. Management was trying to solve this recently, but will require further work before teams are seamlessly integrated to solve client issues

      Nice culture, we got a bonus out of no where ontop of our regular bonus and also a "free day off" here and there

      Cons

      The Australian arm of ENGIE Impact is neglected from the rest of group and left to fend for themselves a lot
