Great co-workers and immediate supervisor

Cons

Form over substance. Checking boxes at the front end outweighs saving thousands during the life of the claim. Incoming claims volume overwhelming. Uninformed and uncooperative insureds. Work load is usually overwhelming if you believe in doing a quality job.

Pros

Pay is very competitive. The work is very challenging and fast-paced. The CEO is a visionary that has done a terrific job of growing the company and positioning the company for future growth.

Cons

The company is 24/7. Be prepared to get phone calls at all hours of the day, weekends, and even while on vacation. Budgets are very tight and resources not provided where needed. There are a few employees that are well connected and stay employed in spite of being incompetent.
