Pros

They will do everything they can do take care of you (within reason). I love working for them. They are going through lots of changes trying to get their employees more pay and more benefits across the board. This is so much more than a call center , you will be resolving a lot of issues instead of just transferring calls.

Cons

Short breaks, strict schedules.
