Non managers actually want to make good change

- Very micromanagemed environment - No autonomy to make things better - Disjointed and top down approach, even though they emphasize Lean principles - they have ZERO interest in actually improving anything - very old processes and methodologies with no vision to improve -Mangements skills and leadership qualities not aligned with departments they manage
