Wages are okay to start, some of my colleagues are forever friends, heavy workload keeps you busy.

Cons

Condescending management, horrible culture, horrible incentives, they use you and make you feel like you’re working toward a goal then write you up for being sick and use it as a reason to deny promotion. They talk poorly and openly about senior management and their employees alike. Very clique corporate. Wasted my time, energy, skill set, and loyalty with this company. They have pulled multiple colleagues to the side to tell them about their smells and how offensive it is, and fail to tell you about your work ethic. Poor structure, unorganized, unfair.

Pros

Company is growing and trying to increase their foot print.

Cons

Only one-line insurance and service small companies that are not always credible. The management is totally numbers and stats driven. Claims quality is not a priority. This is not a diverse environment either. Diversity and equity are not a focus in claims and it is VERY VERY political and cliquish, like high school. Most of the supervisors are great-personable and know their stuff. However, beware, the manager and director are petty and play favorites.

Too few to mention, I was not impressed with much. Mostly remote work since Covid, so I guess that’s good.

Cons

Leaders throughout the org are weak and are stuck in a “small/medium” business mentality
