      Constant work without recognition, interesting subject matter. No loyalty or regard for employees.

      Pros

      You will feel like you are contributing to positive change in the investment and indexation industries. Big plus. The projects are interesting and cutting edge in terms of research. The salarys are reasonable as they want people from industry to work in the institute. The London building is nice, like an Atrium. You may get to travel to present at conferences.

      Cons

      The high bonuses promised are for show. No-one ever got any bonus as the firm isn't a revenue generator. Management have used staff for specific projects before getting rid of them directly or making life unbearable. There are a multitude of projects given to each senior employee and there is no respect for a maximum workload. I worked at least half a day on most weekends. Recognition is just not being lambasted. This is inherent. I am unsure what the scope for progression is within the firm. Short employee tenure. Ex employees unhappy as are many who still work there.

      Great internatoinal atmosphere, bright people, energy and entrepreneurial attitude, you can be quite autonomous and have an impact on the firm

      not alot of resources given to administrators
