Pros

The company is full of friendly people

Cons

The salary is very poor. There is a poor progression structure and internationally it is not competitive. Turnover of staff is very high for this reason which is a shame as the staff who work there are fantastic. Do not recommend those who are not already within EDF to apply as they have a 'no detriment clause' which means you will always be paid lower as a new joiner to EDF than someone who has been there from the generation side, regardless of whether you have more experience than them
