Pros

Great benefits, including defined benefit pension You'll only ever be asked to work your hours

Cons

If you're motivated, this isn't the place to you The business is constantly restructuring, and the the terms are so good, that the organisation is full of people who are coasting. Great place to work for a few years, but you won't learn much.

Pros

Awesome co workers and working hours

Cons

lowest pay scale of the industry, management will throw you under the bus to cover their butts!!. No real chance to get ahead in the company. Wont train for senior technician because they use it to make you do more work.
