Pros

I can not fault them when it comes to work-life balance. They take into consideration those with family commitments. Managers tend to promote flexible working.

Cons

Progression is very much dependent on who you know and not really what you know

Pros

- They invest in training and educating their staff. - Very accommodating extenuating circumstances (Passionate leave, sabbaticals etc.) - Opportunity to do expat assignments abroad (Mainly in France). - Flexi-working if you're not working on site.

Cons

- Very slow career progression (Youngest managers have 10 yrs experience). - Very bureaucratic - Very slow moving project - Lots of pointless "Safety" rules to the point where it feels like indoctrination. - Risk of getting pigeon holed in nuclear forever.
