Pros

Good salary and commission, incentives and a lot of opportunity for overtime. Safe and secure lifestyle, unless you're caught doing something wrong (there are lots of rules)

Cons

High school style discipline, anal management, over-the-top processes and regulations. Can you see yourself sitting on a phone until you're 60?

Pros

They have strong values and good working practices. There is some great talent there that is really focused on improving the industry.

Cons

Still quite a few people with the old public sector mentality who don't like change and they are holding back talent from growing and making the company a better place
