Pros

Very international, flat structure, easy to implement new processes and change.

Cons

Very little possibility for career progression because of the flat structure. This also results in that it is not always a meritocracy.

Pros

It's a large company and therefore there are plenty of opportunities to move around internally.

Cons

Job grades and salary scales are not provided which makes it difficult to plan your next move. EDF Energy does not get rid of poor performing staff which is demoralising for high performing staff. Lots of uncertainty as to where Victoria office will be relocated to.
