Pros

The company offers good career opportunities, I am very glad to work for this group and hope to continue for several years.

Cons

Since the group has such a large structure, decisions can be long to take and actions can take time to be implemented.

Pros

Great concept of changing from electricity to wind energy.

Cons

Communication to office in Montreal because that is where all the accounting is done. Should have conducted an interview before the contract began rather than starting a stranger right in on the position.

Pros

Well organised and efficiently managed office environment. Managers were well chosen and competent. A steady and predictable promotions system.

Cons

Difficult to advance faster regardless of skills and work ethic, a real Hodgepodge of old (union negotiated) and newer contracts meant some senior staff had far better pay and benefits, especially pensions and this used to cause some consternation when pay increases were announced every two years.
